We understand that there is no “one size fits all” approach to managing your property. Therefore, we only supply the services YOU need. Fees range from 5% – 25% depending on which services you need.

PROPERTY LISTING
Let us find your renters for you! Using professional photography we make your property stand out. We use platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO to advertise to renters. We constantly adjust your listing price based on the current market value.
Cleanliness is our priority. Our housekeeping services are consistent and reliable. Focus on detail is our main concern, every time. Our head housekeepers have been with us since we began.
HOUSEKEEPING
MAINTENANCE
General maintenance is common for any rental. Whether it be broken items, damages, basic plumbing we have you covered. We have a team of maintenance technicians located right here in Copper mountain at your convenience.
We personally inspect your property after each check-out & cleaning. We check for cleanliness, damages, & we restock essentials. We keep a close eye on your investment, as if it was one of our own.
INSPECTIONS
GUEST MANAGEMENT
We take care of your renters every step of the way. From check-in and check-out procedures, to helpful information about the area and activities. Consider us your Front Desk handling all questions, concerns, and inquiries before, during & after your guests’ stay.
Only choose the services YOU need. Our packages can range anywhere from 5% to 25% of the rental income. If you want full management and just want to sit back and watch the money roll in, we charge 25%. For fewer services our percentage would be less. Also, we don’t charge fees unless you have renters. Therefore, we don’t make money unless you make money!
