Tim Bender
Director of Property Management
Tim’s family has owned property at Copper Mountain since 1981, and Tim has lived at Copper full time since 2003. He began managing vacation rentals in 2015, helping neighboring homeowners care for their properties and generate rental income. As demand grew, Tim partnered with Russell Galloway to create Copper Rental Properties—a truly local approach to vacation rental management.

Director of Acquistions
Russell has called Summit County home since 2014 and Copper Mountain since 2019. With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, including eleven plus years with Breckenridge Grand Vacations, Russell brings extensive experience in guest service and vacation ownership to Copper Rental Properties.
Rocio Viniegra
Housekeeping Manager
Rocio has lived in Summit County since 2000 and brings years of hospitality and housekeeping experience to Copper Rental Properties. After beginning her career cleaning Copper condos, she spent 15 years with Hyatt Breckenridge before returning to work with Tim in 2017. Today, she leads our housekeeping team and helps ensure every property is clean, cared for and guest-ready.
Claudia Rodriguez
Housekeeping Assistant Manager
Claudia has called Summit County home for more than 15 years and brings extensive local housekeeping experience to our team. She has worked with Copper Rental Properties since 2018 and helps ensure our homes are consistently clean, cared for and ready for every guest.
Brian Shade
Maintenance Manager
Originally from Seattle, Brian has lived at Copper Mountain for the past eight years. His local maintenance experience includes working as a maintenance foreman for Copper Mountain, giving him valuable knowledge of the resort and its properties.
Chris Sykes
Maintenance Assistant Manager
After serving as a U.S. Army Ranger, Chris made Copper Mountain his home. He has lived at Copper for the past ten years and brings extensive local maintenance experience, including work as a Copper Mountain maintenance technician and five years as a building manager at Anaconda Condos in East Village.
