Tim Bender
Director of Property Management
Tim’s family has owned property in Copper since 1981. Tim has been living in copper full time since 2003. Tim Began doing property management in 2015 to help his neighbors at snowflake condos generate income with their second homes. After growing inquiries from other homeowners Tim teamed up with Russell Galloway to launch Copper Rental Properties. A personal, local option focused on the Community at Copper Mountain.

Russell Galloway
Director of Acquistions
Russell has been living in summit county since 2014, and Copper since 2019. Russell previously worked for Breckenridge Grand Vacations for nearly 8 years. Russell has over 15 years of hospitality experience, before deciding to join Forces with Tim and Copper Rental Properties.

Rocio Viniegra
Housekeeping Manager
After working as a translator Rocio moved to Summit County in 2000. She began her career in Copper cleaning condos for a small property management company. After that, Rocio spent 15 years with Hyatt Breckenridge working her way up the corporate ladder. Rocio was originally hired by Tim back in 2017.
Claudia Rodriguez
Housekeeping Assistant Manager
Claudia has been in Summit County for the last 12 years. Her previous housekeeping experience is with Main Street station at Breckenridge and Blue sky Property Management. Claudia has been working with Copper Rental Properties since 2018.
Brian Shade
Maintenance Manager
Brian is originally from Seattle but has been residing in Copper for the past 8 years. During that time Brian has been employed by Copper mountain working as a maintenance foreman. Brian also worked security for Copper mountain.
Chris Sykes
Maintenance Assistant Manager
After serving as a United States Army Ranger Chris moved to Copper Mountain. Chris has been living in Copper for the last 8 years. During that time Chris worked as a Maintenance technician for Copper mountain. Chris also worked as a building manager for 5 years at Anaconda condos in east village.
